Breathwork for Grief Sessions
It’s well known that incorporating emotional breathing techniques and exercises into your everyday routine can help manage the feeling of grief and sadness that follow a bereavement.
Our breathwork for grief sessions are open to anyone and give you an opportunity to learn emotional breathing techniques in a safe and welcoming environment.
Breathing exercises for grief
Our breathwork for grief sessions take place at our Chiswick High Road premises and are run by experienced breathwork exercises teacher, Charlie Polizzi.
Charlie teaches a number of breathwork for trauma and emotional release techniques including how to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is the network of nerves that relaxes your body during periods of stress or danger.
No previous experience is required, but the session is not suitable for anyone who’s had major surgery in the last two years or who is pregnant.
“Our breathwork for emotional healing sessions are for anyone feeling overwhelmed, anxious or worried, and can help you cope with the sadness you’re feeling. These sessions are free to attend and open to anyone.”

This time of year can mean different things to different people. If you don’t share in the sense of excitement and expectation it is often a hard month to navigate. However, I believe it can be a wonderful time to turn inwards and focus on nurturing ourselves. Allowing ourselves to soften and be gentle. Creating space to allow new energy in.
Join me for 45minutes on Tuesday 16th December at 6.30pm to share time to do just that. Let’s breathe together to let go and soften. This doesn’t mean pushing thoughts and memories away but creating the space to acknowledge and feel into all we have been through in the last year. Being present with what is can help us move forward.
