Funeral Prices

When you’re in the early stages of planning a funeral, transparency and clarity is vital. We can explain the price of cremation, the difference between natural and traditional burial, and the many types of coffins available.

We believe that no two funerals are the same, each is as unique as the person they’re commemorating. All our funerals are priced based on individual requirements - we don’t do packages and work to your budget.

Listed below as well as an explanation of our fees, are example funeral costs of a cremation and burial service to guide you.

However if you want something much simpler or full event management we can price according to your needs.

“The average cost of a funeral in the UK is over £4,000 – and that is quite a lot of money. What is really interesting and rewarding about helping people organise unique funerals is the challenge of being able to create something on a limited budget, up to the most extravagant send-off.”

— Oliver Peyton, founder

  • “During what is always a highly sensitive and emotional time, Sam really went above and beyond to be as supportive, helpful, understanding and kind as possible. She made the entire process totally stress free and easy in both the planning stage and on the day of the actual funeral. I really couldn’t be more grateful for finding Exit Here they are truly, truly fantastic!!”

    — Giorgina Bright

  • I could not have wished for anything better. Oliver and Sam at Exit Here combined a wonderful mix of sympathy, empathy, efficiency, attention to detail and came up with suggestions of things that just would not have occurred to me. Thanks to them, everything at St Peter's and then at Mortlake Crematorium the following day went as smoothly as could be. The cardboard coffin, the design of the Mexican Day of the Dead, was brilliant.”
